These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. These Terms & Conditions are current as at December 2018.

Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge, the price of which depends on the purchase value and the shipping address

All Polymora pieces are precious and will be sent by express post with tracking, we will contact you with a tracking number once your item has been posted.

Your jewellery will be carefully packaged to insure its safe arrival.

All orders are sent to the address you provide at checkout, so let us know promptly if you require postage to another address

If you are sending to someone other than yourself as a gift, please let me know by email, so that we do not include a receipt

When posting to another country we are required to state the value of the item on a customs form. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim

Payment: Payment is quick and easy, we accept payments by Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. If you are struggling to pay online please contact us directly as we can process your order via email

Colours & Finishes: Colours and finishes are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to individual screen settings and monitor calibrations colours cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing: All pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST unless you change the currency on the website.



Postage: Australian postage & handling –as stated– Overseas postage & handling as stated (international customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes) – All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Australian deliveries take between 3-5 business days whilst international delivery takes between 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated, depending upon local custom arrangements. – All Australian deliveries will be an express delivery and as such are tracked

Refunds: Refunds are not possible unless the item is deemed faulty as part of the manufacturing process as per Australian consumer law. If there is a minor manufacturing fault/damage the item will be repaired without cost to the customer as per Australian consumer law.

Returns and exchanges:Returns with a full refund are accepted for online orders only if the product is unworn and in the condition you received it and must be sent back to us in Melbourne within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us soon as possible and inform us of the tracking number once posted.

Please ship returns back to the address below using tracked post and and inform us of the tracking number once posted. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and a notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.

Please note: Shipping fees and Paypal fees are non refundable.
We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Custom-ordered jewellery and custom-sized rings are non refundable.

Any store credit issued is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Ring sizing: As fingers change size depending upon the weather conditions (bigger in the heat, smaller in the cold), the customer must approve the ring size at the time of placing a ring order/purchase as Polymora cannot take responsibility for incorrect choice of size and any remake will be at the cost of the customer.
